Concrete Acid Staining
Acid staining concrete is achieved by applying a colored acid to fully cured concrete. The acid penetrates the surface and reacts with the different materials in the concrete to reveal brilliant tones and shades of that particular color. There are many different acid stains to choose from.
Concrete that is to be acid stained must be clean and in good condition, this will minimize undesirable effects. Acid staining works best on new concrete that has been covered with a breathable paper until fully cured.
